I hate how the phrase ‘have some self respect’ is used to shame women who are comfortable with their sex lives. ‘Have some self respect’? I do respect myself, that’s why I wanna have a fucking orgasm tonight, thank you very much.
Always know if you are not in a happy place in your life, it’s time to change. You don’t need anyone else to accept you, you must first accept yourself. No one is perfect, it’s what we have that is imperfect that makes us unique and stand out.
Oh yes, and I would also like to thank myself… for being alive, because it is a choice, and often not an easy one. And not just alive… but ALIVE.

Recommended Book
I have to recommend this book I just finished reading. It’s called ‘Such a Pretty Face’ by Cathy Lamb. I was sucked in on the first page & no matter how hard I tried it was impossible for me to set it down. It was so beautiful. It made my problems appear so much smaller, it inspired me to change my way of life for the better (no joke; it was that powerful), it opened my eyes, it made me cry, it made me laugh out loud (really loud) & really hard. Here’s one of my favorite line that made me laugh: “He’s mean. He’s a stick. He’s a slug with a tiny dick.” It is also very insightful. Please, I urge you to read this book. It just my uplift you. It did for me.
